  • Brave Frontier - Forum Code of Conduct

    The gumi Asia Forum Code of Conduct is a series of rules and guidelines designed to explain and remind users of the gumi Asia Forums on the generally accepted behavior while using these services. Failing to follow these guidelines may result in the investigation and removal of offending accounts and/or posted content. The gumi Asia Community Team reserves the right to evaluate all incidents and issue penalties at their discretion should the need arise on a case-to-case basis.

    Respect your fellow players:
    • Do your part in making the forums a great place to be in. Share and discuss things that you enjoy and you believe your fellow players would enjoy too.
    • You can provide criticism and points for improvement to us , but please do so in an objective, open-minded manner. Excessively violent or heated reactions will be escalated for investigation by the team.
    • Do not post material and/or links containing graphic depictions of violence, sex, and other similar items.
    • Do keep your account information private and do not share it with others.
    • Do not post advertisements or promotions for other games, applications or other items within the gumi forums.
    • Do not flood, defame, or threaten others on these boards, even if it was meant in a joking manner.
    • Do not create dummy accounts, regardless of intent or reason.
    • Do post in English whenever possible - non-English posts will only be allowed in the relevant Community Discussion areas for your region.

    Respect the moderating team:
    • The moderators are here to help answer your questions (whenever possible) and keep the forums clean and safe for everyone.
    • Do not attempt to impersonate any member of the moderating team or the gumi Asia Community team.
    • If you have an issue with disciplinary actions/penalties taken against your account, please have them addressed via the proper channels by filing an appeal at support@gumi.sg. We will not entertain discussion of such actions on the boards.
