  • Game Closure Notice




    Dear Captains,

    It is with heavy hearts that we must announce that Chain Chronicle Global is closing on February 29th, 2016.

    It was a very hard choice to make, but despite the overwhelming support of our loyal fan base, it was the way it had to go. We appreciate your participation in what ended up being a very positive experience for us all, and we would like you all to know that it was thanks to you that Chain Chronicle Global made it as far as it did.

    The app is to be removed from the stores, though you will still be able to play the game for a period of time afterwards. Sales of Prysma, however, will end on January 18th, 2016.




    Event Schedule

    The world of Yggdra was as much a part of your world as it was ours, and we want you to leave with pleasant memories. From today through our last day, we have planned a host of activities for your enjoyment.

    From January 18th, 2016, you will notice the following changes in the game:
    • AP Cost for all quests will be reduced to 1 AP.
    • Gain x5 XP from all quests.
    • Premium Recruit cost is reduced from 50 Prysma to 30 Prysma.
    • Premium Recruits will now feature a 10 1 promotion with a guaranteed UR.
    • UR and SR drop rates at Taverns will be substantially increased.
    • Expanding Arcana Limit and reviving during battles will be reduced from 10 Prysma to 5 Prysma.
    • A new daily quest with All Enhancers and Blacksmiths will be added to Dawning.
    • Great Success trigger rate will be doubled.
    On top of that, you can expect weekly new events and quests until February 28th, 2016.



    App Store download and In-App Purchase


    App Store Download:
    The game will be removed from the stores from today, but you can continue to play Chain Chronicle until our last day of operation, February 28th, 2016 (23:59:59 PST).



    In-App Purchase:
    Sale of Prysma will cease from January 18th, 2016.
    You may continue to use your balance Prysma as usual.


    Paid Prysma Refund:
    We are looking into compensation options for players with unused Paid Prysma. Please refer to our Refund Notice for detail.

    Q: When will the Chain Chronicle Global servers close?
    A: Servers will be closed on February 28th, 2016 (23:59 PST), but you can still play the game until the closure date.

    Q: Can I still purchase Prysma in-game?
    A: No, in-game app purchases are disabled as of January 18, 2016, 00:00 (PST)

    Q: Can I still download the game from the app stores and create an account?
    A: The Chain Chronicle app will be removed from all app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Amazon Store) effective January 18, 2016 (PST).

    However, you can still create an account if you already have the latest version installed on your device. If you have an older version on your device, you will no longer be able to update it from the stores.

    Q: What will happen to our Chain Chronicle accounts? Will there be any reset?
    A: Unfortunately, all accounts will be taken offline after the service end date. The game data will not be playable or transferable.

    Q: Will Chain Chronicle Global be published by another company?
    A: There is no intention at the moment for this.

    Q: I have booster items or items with duration, will I get a refund?
    A: Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds for items purchased using Prysma. We highly recommend that you use those items before the closing date. Refunds are only applicable for the remaining unused PAID Prysma at the end of service operations.

    Q: Are you going to stop the events after the announcement?
    A: No, we will continue to serve you with in-game events until the servers close on February 28, 2016. There will be weekly upcoming events for all Captains to experience. Changes have been implemented for quicker leveling, lower recruiting costs, and better recruit drop rates.

    Q: How can we get a refund for our unused paid Prysma?
    A: We will provide details on the refund within the week both in-game and on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter). Please visit us regularly for updates.
    The refund application period starts on March 1, 2016.

    Q: Are Transfer IDs and Player IDs different from each other?
    A: Yes they are. Transfer IDs consist of alphanumeric characters (e.g. abcde12345), while Player IDs only consist of 9-digit numbers. (e.g. 123456789)

    Q: How do I find my Transfer ID?
    A: There are 2 ways to check your Transfer ID.
    1. Go to the following: Menu > Options > Transfer Data.
    2. On the Login Screen, tap the following: Account > Transfer Data
