  • CC x BF Campaign!



    Greetings Captains!


    Chain Chronicle players will be able to receive the following items in Brave Frontier(Global).





    This campaign is only for Players who have created their Chain Chronicle account before 18 Jan 2016 (PST).


    Simply fill up the Registration Form (in-game) to participate.


    Event Date:

    Ends Feb 28, 2016 (23:59:59 PST)



    Notes:

    All submissions will be subjected to verification. The distribution of reward will begin on 22nd Jan but it will be sent within a week after registration.


    For users who can't type on the text box, please type your ID outside the game such as (notepad, text message etc) and copy paste it again on the form.

      Same here, as others said it might have to do with being on the EU server of BF?

      My info:

      BF: 82876863

      Any help possible?

      Same problem, i get the message "Please re-enter the correct BF ID" every time. My BF and CC accounts are both old enough for the event (created before january).
      BF ID (EU) : 20289930
      CC ID (Global) : 130337710

      Anybody know if the reward is instantaneous? I registered reward yesterday to a new BF account and it's not showing up.

      try using another keyboard, download one. This bug appears here and there, even on BF too.

      When I tried to connect with facebook in chain chronicle, the Facebook page to touch 'ok' never came up, just a white page and it went back to chain chronicle login screen.

      Did you try to relogin back to the game and check if you can now register for the event?

      Me to. I created my account months ago via Facebook, but when I redownloaded it in my phone and tried to login via fb they created a new account for me.

    I started the game back when CC and BF did their first collab and didn't save down my account. However, I have the collab unit name Barienna as proof for my CC account that I didn't save down. Am I still eligible for this event? If you want proof of my Barienna on my BF account, I can show proof.

      Yeah, I didn't save down the CC player ID I use to get Barienna when CC and BF did their collab event a few months ago.

      PS I have 2 BF account and both account have Barienna, can show proof if you want

    All(Two of them, one for Barienna one will be the general account, untouched for 8 months I think?) my past CC account has been wiped...

      did you try to refresh game data? Menu> Option > Settings > Refresh Data if your issue will be fixed?

    I have accessed chain chronicle, but im having issue when i try to enter my Brave Frontier player ID, i cant input any character at all in the registration form ( id and email ) . i have read the comments above and found that im not the only one having this issue. please fix it, thank you

    Hi, I played cc and I found out about the campaign. However, I didn't connect my cc id to my facebook before I uninstalled it last month. I installed it again just now and I realized that eventhough I have my id number, I can't continue my progress. Is there anyway I can participate in the campaign by only providing my cc id number? Thank you.

      Hi admin! My Chain Chronicle account was created somewhere in Oct 2015.
      However, I got this error message stating this:
      "Sorry, your account is not valid for this event."
      My Brave Frontier ID is 4446301214.
      I hope you could help me look into this problem.

        My account was created to obtain BF/CC collaboration units. It was a guest account, & I did not linked it to Facebook cuz I was facing problems syncing it that time. I lost that account after I redownloaded it 2 months ago.

        Does your CC game account linked to your FB? If yesm just login your FB account and it will automatically appear, if not please send a support ticket to CC support team for recovery. Thank you!

      It says that I am not elegible..I have barienna and yuri in BF, so I certainly created my CC account months ago...
      My BF ID is 4559682962, if that helps...

      Hello,

      I cannot join the Event because CC says: "Sorry, your account is not valid for this event."
      But my CC-Account exists since a few months ago and I have Barienna and Yuuri from the Collab last year (2015).
      I don't know how my CC-Account ID but my Brave Frontier ID where Yuuri and Barienna is 0875836546.
      Can you help me please? Thanks.

      I can't registration from to event CC x BF Campaign.

      But i ever join event get character 6 from CC.

        I change my iphone and i change my email facebook.

        But i load CC and login facebook in game i get new account "170,010,087" i don't know this account to be the same registration to event BF x CC (Get 6 character CC )

        It's long time i don't remember. T_T

        I see, since you are not sure of your old CC account, I suggest for you to file a support ticket to CC support team for account retrieval
